Q. I have windows 2000. It rebooted on me 100 times, and now is stuck at the Windows Log in screen with "Adminstrator" as the user, and I do not have a password for it. I do not have the back up CDs to re-boot it completely. What can I do?
A. Well it is pretty apparant you have a serious problem.
Being stuck at the windows log in screen and it is apparant that you bought the computer and didn't set it up as you as the administrator.
Now if you don't have the disc's to re-install the operating system you are going to need something.
So it brings you to choices.
Go out and buy an upgrade to windows XP
I mean a New Fresh Version not an Update. This will allow you to Erase and Install,
Depending on the Damage, You may be money a head to buy a New Computer.
Getting the New Operating System there is No Guarntee that will fix your problem.
Not trying to be a smart a88 but you could always use it as a boat anchor.
You are really limited as to what you can do.

I am getting a "low virtual memory" error message in Windows 2000. What else can I do to fix this?
Q. I have Windows 2000 Professional. I get that error message. "Help" function suggested increasing the "virtual memory page filing" setting, so I set it to the maximum. Still getting the message.

A. Try MPEG Video Wizard DVD, it works well on windows 2000 and it can do a lot of editing things, such as edit out commercials, add video effects/filters, fix a/v sync problems, make dvd discs and much much more.

How do i restore my windows 2000 professional?
Q. My graphics aren't working properly, i can only use the screen resolution 800 by 600 with 16 colors. And i can't even use youtube because the graphics are so bad, it was working before but i turned it on this morning and all the pictures and colors were screwed. i do not have the disk for windows 2000 pro anymore. the only thing it says for my graphics is that im using VGAsave. Someone please help me, if i don't fix it soon its going out the window.
